You don’t have to be a professional doula to support people during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum! Many people feel a deep desire to help but don’t want to start a business or go through formal certification: The Lay Doula class is for you.
What You’ll Learn:
The foundations of birth and postpartum care from a holistic, culturally grounded perspective
How to offer emotional and physical support to new parents safely and respectfully
Practical ways to help with meals, rest, feeding, and recovery
Boundaries and self-care as a helper
How to build community care networks that make a real difference

Partners, siblings, friends, aunties, grandparents, etc. - anyone who wants to support birth and postpartum
Aspiring doulas who want to learn it out before committing to training
Community leaders supporting families
Anyone who believes caring is a collective effort
Training Dates: 3 Hour class - saturdays
