Birth Doula Services

My services and responsibilities as a birth doula include:

  • Two prenatal meetings where we get to know one another and discuss your goals.

  • Attending one prenatal appointment, at your request.

  • The Caring for Mamas Birth Plan (available here)

  • 24/7 availability via phone/text/email from 38 weeks forward.

  • Continuous emotional, physical, and verbal support throughout labor and delivery.

  • Breastfeeding support immediately after labor or at our postpartum visit.

  • One postpartum visit where we can reflect on your birth experience together and I’ll be able to see your beautiful baby!

  • Referrals for local support services before and after birth.

RatEs: birth packages start at $1900

Postpartum Doula Services

My services and responsibilities as a postpartum doula include:

  • Emotional support

  • Assistance with newborn care

  • Errand running

  • Help with physical recovery

  • Light housekeeping

  • Sibling care

  • Breastfeeding support

Rate: $50/hour*

*four hour minimum for postpartum doula services.
