Growth Path: Mentored Learning
investment: $750 (or $150/month for six months)
A grounding, community-centered mentorship for doulas who thrive in shared learning spaces. The Growth Path offers structure, support, and a strong foundation as you begin (or return to) birthwork.
Includes:
Monthly group mentorship calls + creative skill-building workshops
Shadowing opportunities: prenatal or other non-birth meetings
Access to mentorship materials + reflection guides for the full 6 months
Community chat with ongoing support between sessions

Bloom Path: Guided Practice Support
Investment: $1200 (or $225/month for six months)
A more personalized mentorship for doulas ready to deepen their skills, grow their confidence, and receive closer guidance. The Bloom Path offers the steady support of community with the added benefit of individualized attention.
Includes everything in the Growth Path, plus:
Additional 1:1 mentorship calls for deeper support
Shadowing opportunities: meetings, births, or both!
Personalized business and practice-building coaching
Attendance at all workshops included
Flourish Path: Apprenticeship
Investment: $1500 (or $275/month for six months)
The full-circle pathway into a confident and grounded professional practice. The Flourish Path combines training, mentorship, and hands-on experience for doulas who want the most comprehensive support to start their business or to continue into doula work with Caring for Mamas.
Includes everything in Growth & Bloom, plus:
4-week Called to Care Doula Training
Case Review Support throughout the program
Unlimited case reviews during the six months
Access to all mentorship + training materials for 12 months
Priority shadowing opportunities
