Not Ya Mama’s CBE Class was created to help you navigate your childbirth experience in the hospital, birth center, or at home! It is in fact, nothing like your mom’s childbirth education class. Genuinely feel prepared to welcome your little one after this interactive, personalized, and honest class. The class is virtual, in three-parts, and offered privately over the course of a week.

This class features the use of the Caring for Mamas Birth Plan AND Postpartum Care Plan. The major advantage of a private class is that topics are catered to the specific interests of the parents.
